The powder baffle is made from 20 gauge aluminum and is water-jet cut to precise dimensions.  If you have a regualr dillon hopper this is a great option to allow for more uniform flow, and also helps in breaking up clumps of powder which can arise from humidity.  This just drops right over the pre-existing Dillon baffle
